Within this area of our business, we provide Secretary, Treasurer and Data Processing services to bowling leagues.

• Secretary Service includes:
  • collecting/checking bowler certifications,
  • preparing/submitting the league certification form & bowler certifications,
  • recording weekly bowler/team scores,
  • printing weekly recap sheets,
  • printing weekly standings sheets,
  • submitting averages to the local bowling association, and
  • printing end of year reports (team/bowler)
• Treasurer Service includes:
  • recording all monies recieved from bowlers/teams
  • depositing weekly income to bank or in-house banking account
  • maintaining weekly league income/expense journal
  • providing monthly balancing reporting to league officers
• Data Processing Service includes:
  • maintaining all league records in current BLS software
  • maintaining backups of all league records
