BBS services were organized into four primary practice areas:
- Bowling Services - this area specialized in solutions to bowling leagues and bowling establishments
- Home/Personal Consulting - this area provided technical solutionds and computer training to individuals
- Small Business Consulting - this area concentrated on technical solutions as well as project management
- Disk Jockey Services - musical related solutions for individuals, schools, religious organizations and businesses were the focus of this area
